Coastal Salt: A Seafood Lover's Paradise in Ocean City, MD

Quick and pleasant service despite the crowd, well run. First time there and I'll be back for sure. We chose to sit outside and it was a bit busy but we didn't feel crowded out. Tables are are not on top of each other like in some restaurants which made the experience that much better. Everyone had room to move, food came quickly, and didn't wait too long for a table again despite the crowd

we had marley as our waiter. she was amazing so fun and inviting. the food was 10/10. we got the snapper, the burger, crab cake, pesto turkey wrap, and blackended fish tacos and each dish was amazing. 100% coming back again. the view and atmosphere is so beutiful! can’t wait to come back soon on vacation, only coming back to this restaurant !! totally recommend! we also got the hibiscus bliss and the cucumber coast. very very good!

We went in early Oct for an anniv dinner. They gave us a reservation by the window in order to see the ocean. The workers were great and helpful on the phone! We shared the Spring Roll Crunch Salad and the Smoked Jamaican Chx sandwich… and both were fantastic! It was unusual to find unique and healthy options that weren’t seafood! Our view was beautiful, the restaurant quiet, and the bathroom was beautiful and actually a fun experience, lol! Our server, hostess, and busboy were all very kind. Compared to other places, considering the view, our bill was very reasonable. We def recommend!

Really really yummy good food, the only feedback is that we could have used more salt for the Cobb salads. Excellent crab cake not much breading which is important to me. Highly recommend! Oh, also the prosciutto appetizer with pistachios and hummus, and honey was divine.

We tried their berry lemonade, blackened fish tacos, seafood nachos, and crab cake sandwich and every dish was absolutely delicious. The service was friendly and attentive, adding to the overall great vibe. They even offer a photo service: a lady with professional camera will snap a picture of your group, and if you love it, you can purchase it as a keepsake. Overall, great food, great service, and a memorable experience by the sea. Highly recommended!

My boyfriend and I go to ocean city every fall for a weekend getaway and we’ve gone to coastal salt the last 2 years for dinner. We had the pleasure of being served by Kevin C both times and he was great! Very personable and friendly. The food is always amazing and the drinks are delicious! We both got the lost at sea and I had the crab cake sandwich for my entree. Can’t ever go wrong with some oysters this time of year too :) definitely recommend Coastal Salt for a nice dinner in OC!

What a lovely find! We just arrived in Ocean City, and we're hungry.. Our building manager recommended Coastal Salt, and we are so happy that they did. Service was great, and so was rhw food (except for the cold friea). We started with the fried deviled eggs and sushi roll. Both were really good with the sushi standing out with the added crab and brown sauce on the sushi being showstoppers. Foe our entries, wings (6) with the sweet hot green sauce and fries for the kid, and mussels and crabcakes and frie foe the grownups. All were good, but to me, the standout were the mussels. They were in a red broth, but also included lentils, and leeks, bacon. Those mussels were good. We also had crabcakes (without) and fries. I inhaled those muscles, they were so good! I also got the cucumber mocktail. I didnt like it. It wasnt really sweet.. This was a great choice, minus the cold fries.

This is a great place right on the Boardwalk! We stopped here for lunch one day and loved it! The service was attentive and extremely friendly, they have a beautiful outdoor area where you can sit and enjoy the ocean while you eat, and the food is delicious! We started with the fried deviled eggs, which were outstanding, and the scallops, which were also excellent, then we got crab cake sandwiches. The crab cakes were very good as well. We would definitely recommend this restaurant and will definitely be back!
